Yes I would like to book Lozlinloz…. What do I do now?

You will fill out a the booking form on the website which wel receive direct [no agent involed].  We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours if not sooner as your contact information will also be sent direct to me via a Text Message.

This will confirm your details and any special requirements you may have, also we will confim that the dates booked are available as we have more than one booking facility.

What are the ways I can pay for Lozlinoz?

This depends on how close your booking is to the departure date.

If more than eight weeks prior to the departure date you will only need to pay the deposite, however we do offer the facility to pay in full or make regular payments

If your booking dates are less than eight weeks prior to your departure date you will be required to pay the full balance.

We acceot payments in many format *Visa, Mater Card and Paypa” , a confirmation payment reciept will be sent to you confirming the amounts you have paid, which you should keep for your records.

Your security deposit is included in yout payment but you will receive this security deposit back in full once the agent had advised there are no breakages etc.

How do I pay for Cleaning charges.

Cleaning Charges are included in the total cost of your stay at full price.

Discounted Holidays pay locally in resort on arrival.


How will I get the Keys?

We have a local agent who will meet you on arrival and departure date.  The local agent will advise you of all you need to know in resort regarding the accommodation.  They will also be on hand for the entirety of your stay and are only a phone call away.  Prior to your departure our local agent will be advised of your parties names and flight times via e mail.  You will also be given the local agents contact details via email prior to your depature.


What happens if there is a problem with the Accommodation?

Again the Local agent is on hand to sort out any queries or problems that may need to be resolved.

There ise a Guide book at the apartment with Emergency Numbers and Information and also infomation contained on our web site.


How do I get the Payment cards for the Air Conditioning?

Again these will be supplied by our local agent and you pay the local agent direct.  We have had to ntroduce this requirement due to the abuse of the Air Conditioning Units by previous clients.


We are Travelling with A Baby what Facilities do you have?

There is a High Chair available at the apartment and also a Travel cot.  If you need to hire buggies or additional cots they are available to hire through the local agent and paid for locally.
