Roda Golf Rental is a spacious 3 Bedroom Luxury Duplex Penthouse Apartment.   The Apartment can be accessed via the stairwell or if you have mobility problems there is a lift which will take you up to the Apartment.  There is parking directly outside in front of the apartment block.  There is Marble Flooring throughout the apartment which is all one Level.  There are external stairs accessed from the Front Terrace which will take you up to the tiled Private Sunroof which has sunbeds, barbecue and external lighting.  We offer free Wi Fi and Satellite TV ( BBC & ITV channels )

Spacious Bedroom with Kingsize bed.  There is an en suite bathroom for private use with both bath/shower facility.  There is a Balcony with views over the well maintained Gardens and Pool. Hairdryer is available.  There is room for a cot if required.

This area is a very hot sun trap during the day and enjoyable to sit out in the evening and still watch the TV.  There is an additional guest bed available.

The luxury accommodation for Roda Golf Holiday letting has the option of having fully air-conditioning and also has central heating for those cooler winter months. We provide all bedding, towels and beach towels for use during your stay.

The apartment also has a large private tiled Solarium 68m² which is accessed by its own external staircase.  There is a barbecue on the terrace and sunbeds for your use.  There is also external lighting for the evening time.
